Please need advice. Anyone is doing these exploration missions or is waste of Energy Credits? I must have in stock all comodities? All missions does ask for 10 various items (comodities) I can buy them from traders or at station, but it cost me a lot of space in Inventory (space is too limited).
So here is my Q I shall just ignore these missions?

You can buy them from any passing Federation trader...in the next zone over.
Overall though, unless they seriously pump the mission reward, it isn't worth it - you're out 400 energy credits if you looted 10 items, or 1000 if you had to buy them.
And since buying the second tab at the bank for your fleet costs 1,233,000 energy credits...most people are gonna be hoarding for a while.

Sounds like, I would ignore them. My space in inventory is limited to carry all these.

These missions are a waste of time. I warp out and find an easier mission. I might think about carrying around provisions if my inventory was about 10x bigger, until then I am just going to play the 'scan these 5 things' or 'kill this many guys' missions in the clusters.

These missions will take commodities out of your bank, so you don't need to carry them around. You'll get commodities as loot drops, so store them in the bank for this purpose, though as you progress in level, the commodity cost of purchasing them really becomes nothing (plus you can always buy some equipment using the exploration points and sell it if you really care about the EC).
For those who don't have enough at the time they get the mission, it'll stay in your journal, and the next time you return to that exploration sector you'll get a continue option.

I have the same problem trying to bring back medical supplies in the Arucanis Arm. I zone in and the button on the bottom right, which normally lets you finish the mission, immediately disappears.
Does anyone know a workaround? Changing instances, zoning in and out, all to no avail..

In beta there was a bug that wasn't allowing these missions to complete, though I haven't seen it since headstart. Make sure you have the entire set of 10 in your inventory/bank - it won't deduct the commodities until you complete the mission. When you have 10 of the items in your posession, the mission journal should update to 10/10 delivered. At that point, return and continue the mission, and you should get another dialog when you warp into the system. If you don't, bug report it.

Sometimes, and I don't know if this has been repaired yet, you can't just go and get the items and return to complete the mission. The planet dialogue screen just doesn't come up on the return trip. What's been suggested to me is that you should warp back into the mission, then drop it before approaching the planet! Now carry on. The original dialogue screen will come up and you can then complete the mission on the spot.
Two things occur to me about Aid Planet missions.
At low levels they're just not worth the hassle and the reward, essentially a modest pile of mission completion points, isn't all that. If you're going to do them you want to have a bunch of this stuff already in your hold before you start exploring. At higher levels it might be worth it but, then, I'm skeptical of that as well because I suspect those much more expensive Supply items are what's required and the cheaper ones won't cut it (and they're still too expensive).
However, the upside is that if you do have a surplus of energy credits and nothing to spend them on you can always stock up on Supply items and the Aid Planet mission is, then, the single fastest way to grind through Exploration. It's a jackpot in terms of time invested worth reward gained. It also might be nice if you could simply replicate the items into your ship's inventory but that might defeat the purpose of planning ahead.
The other point is that these missions generally aren't interesting. What might make Aid Planets have a bit more flair is if there were two varieties. One, the one we have now, where you dump Supplies for a reward. The other would be a combat, NPC dialogue or scanning mission with a political or diplomatic flavor on some worlds where you'd be rewarded with Supply items. This way, over time, you'd get a sense of aiding Worlds in different ways and get the Supplies you need from some and deliver them to others.

As mentioned before the upping of Fleet Bank pages to 1million+ credits has made fairly certain that no one will have "extra" creds for awhile
I'd like to have these particualr missions modified such that you get a substantial energy reward upon completion, if only to offset the cost of completion. It'd play to the whole

I'm a big fan of these missions myself, but partially because I'm desperate for non-combat encounters. when I go "exploring" I make sure I am stocked up on the commonly requested commodities. Instant completion of 1 exploration system is very nice. The cost is definitely sort of high. I'd love if I were paid back some of the energy credits (even at a loss). I doubt doing these missions is everyone's cup of tea.

Actually, thinking about it - what would get me to do these missions is if they gave a large lump of higher-rank anomaly data.

Yup i do the same, your time is better spent doing combat or a simple beam down/run around mission. TBH Cryptic needs to seriously buff the missions rewards for this one simply because it aint worth the time, or allow us to use our replicators on board to replicate the required supplies like they did in TNG, you didnt see Jean-Luc saying to the planets people hmm hang on a sec, were all out of them, lemme just take a trip back to Federation space to get them, i'll be back soon. Yeah right he just says to Geordi, replicate what they need job done.

That's not always true. Sometimes you do see them on a "routine mission to bring a vaccine to colony X" or some such. There are some things it seems it's not cost effective to replicate, even if they can be replicated, so it's cheaper to transport them instead. As to which things, and why, that's above my paygrade! Do not know.
