I purchased the pre-order off Steam, got my key this morning and have been trying to get my items. But with the page gone no chance of that yet it seems lmao.

The link on the main page is down, but the Support section says you can go here to activate keys (Edit: and it works as I just input my retail code and got confirmation):

Haha, no - that just takes you to the add subscription page which fails to process... I tried 2 credit cards that I know work, and Paypal. Same "There was an error processing your request" every time.

Well , i cant belive that the damm server is down , oh game stop got there keys at midnight , i ordered the delux edition fron D2D and didnt get my key till 10 am PST , well Cryptic , As homer Simoson would say , DOH!!!!1
You think you could have released the keys to the Digital orders a little earlier.
At least post something about how long the acct server will be down.

Wow i just managed to get to the activate page then after that another error!
The Subscription service is temporarily down, please try again at a later time.
Why not add a skip button for subscription payment setup, let us set that up when we need too not force us to when we have 30 days of free play.

Hehe yeah, failed here too, but now the error message was something more understandable. Odd thing was, when I went to the store to buy the game, I did have in mind that problems might occure when I got home. So, I'll just take the time and wait and do something else and try later i guess ;)

same problem here, altho, it seems to have stored my payment info, as its appearing under my account, but im still only showing as registered for the pre-order, this isnt doing wonders for my confidence in the system.....

Think Ill give it a while, and try again, gonna leave it alone and play mass effect 2 or something else because even if i log in using headstart , i'll still be wanting to pop back ever 2 seconds to try get my freebies lol

I can't tell if I am still waiting for a different key from X-fire, or if the one they already gave me when I pre-ordered is all I need and Star Trek just isn't updating my account to the digital deluxe. Either way, I don't have any of the items that the package I purchased was advertised to comes with, with the exception of the head start access which I seemed to get just fine. I have no idea if I need to bug x-fire for a different key, or if I need to bug star trek to fully activate the items that are supposed to come with my account using the key I have already been using. It's all just too confusing to me.

I'm getting a variety of errors ranging from "an error in your request", "please contact support", "Subscription Server is Down", and "Page Not Found"...
The least you can do is offer as many varieties of 1 page comics when the pages aren't found that you offer in these errors. :rolleyes:

I can put my key in but it automatically jumps straight to a subscription page.... while the line the servers give me is "Star Trek Online - Retail WITH 30 DAYS FREE" <.<
Can I not just activate and then go pick up a game card or some such next week? >.>

Im impressed though, I figured id be able to make payments and stuff fine and would just have problems logging in, this way round no one wins for a change.
I guess on the plus side, if i cant redeem the key, I can return the game..

Words fail me... I was expecting server issues like what we had to deal with in headstart, not this. Again, I have to wonder if this game was truly ready for release.
Will we be allowed to input our product key again? Will we be charged twice when the page is finally fixed? I'm really worried... :(

I realistically don't care about the subscription part, I'm not going to be subscribing anyways until my 30 days are up, so why do I have to put all my info in now? Why can't I just activate :|

I pre ordered and played the open beta and tried to play in the headstart.
Constant log queue issues and server down time made it where there shouldn't have been a headstart at all
Now the retail version is out and I am unable to log in (cannot authenticate messages) and cannot add my retail key because the server is not available???
So I can't play the game, cannot unlock my preorder special add ons, but i can complain. Since that is all I'm left to do.
I've opened three tickets about my issues and the Cryptic team have either ignored them or no one is home.
I like to think that they are all working hard to correct the worst release day in history of MMOs or Star Trek for that matter but they are probably using the money I (and many others) paid for the game to buy drinks or something.
