Steam Pre-Order - User is unable to see Chromodynamic Armor during playthrough.

Description:

User is unable to see Chromodynamic Armor during initial play through of Star trek Online.

Observed Behavior:

During Users Play through of Star Trek Online(s) Character Creation and tutorial mode he was unable to see any Chromodynamic Armor in the Uniform selection menu.

Expected Behavior:

Steam customers will find themselves well protected when they venture out into the final frontier. They will receive "Chromodynamic Armor," which is based on technology discovered by the USS Voyager during their trip through the Delta Quadrant.

Chromodynamic Armor powers up your character by improving the damage and critical hit chance of their energy weapons.

Repro Step:

- Pre-order Game through Steam
- Register both Pre-Order Key and Digitial Deluxe Key
- Create New Character until player reaches uniform selection
- Witness lack of Chromodynamic Armor.


Comments:
User Pre-ordered the game 1-day before release on steam but the offer was still up. User registered both keys see attached Image.

Armor isn't your uniform, armor is equipped into the body slot when you press K and view the status of your character. Have you looked at the C-Store in the special Unlock section?

Hey There,

Thanks for the quick reply being new to this game im not sure i can acces the C-Store is there a button or area it is in? Do i have to buy the armor?

Bug Has Been Resolved.

Works as Designed.

The item is available but you can't see the armor on your character. I tried hiding/unhiding but you can't see this armor for some reason.

Edit: eh... didn't read your full post OP, my bad. The armor is in the C-store but once you get it and equip it, it doesn't show up. See link below for my findings on it. Basically, it only shows up on tactical officers
