BOff Space Ability: Efficient

I just picked up a BOff that had the space ability: Efficient.

Will this actually affect my ship?

Heck, for that matter, what does it do for captains....

It does improve some BO abiltiies, those rating stack with their respective skills in skill tree, and other gear bonuses.

It should add a few points to the power setting of the things he is efficient in e.g shields.
