How do I log a support tickiet?
 
I go to http://www.startrekonline.com/tickets and click on "create new ticket" then two buttons pop up for billing vs. tech issues each having 5 sub categories. That's as far as it lets me go. No matter what I click on after that.

I'm trying to access my deluxe edition bonus items but every time I do it throws me into billing. Right now I'm content with the one month I already have. So I need to know how to get what I've already paid for without having to pay more.

If you can answer the second question I would still like to know how to log a ticket in case I encounter another problem.

most ingame items can be found in game in the c-store the additional player character\races are automatialy added to the race selection when you create a new toon

if you cant log a ticket through the link above try loggin one ingame
click the question mark next to the minimap and select request GM help
all my bug reports are opened as tickets.. but dont think your problem realy belongs as a bug report even though it appears under tickets :p
