now its just broken. Skill goes on the cooldown but doesnt actually put a buff on you. thats one way to fix a broken skill (but not the right way)

I just got killed by energy beam fire because I wasn't paying attention. I popped it but they still ate through my shields.

There is still bleedthrough. Remeber the skill does not absorb all the incoming damage, it merely converts energy damage into shield but the shield still has 10% or 5% bleedthrough.

And if you pop it on a BoP at less than 75% hull theres a good chance you'll still die from FF before it runs out :) Learnt that the hard way :D

It does not make you invulnerable. This is why I have hazard emitters.
