HUD is fine yet gameplay flashes

So everything looks amazing from sign in to login in with my character until it gets to the gameplay. My HUD is perfectly clear but the game play behind it flashes colors and patterns and no I am not on drugs lol. I have a crossfire set up with two 1GB ati cards, 12 GB RAM. Someone please help!!! Message to DEVs, I have seen in other posts to include dxdiag window. I am including this proactivly for you to help my dilema. If anyone else has experienced this and knows a fix please post. Thank you.

Hope this will help. All of the tabs have "no problems found". Never had any other gaming issues until now.I read in other posts to turn dynamic lighting off. i have done this. On a seperate computer with WAY worse config I was able to get to the first planet newbie stage. Switched to new compuet which has the above settings. If I turn the camera to a above birds eye view everything is fine. as soon as any light enters my view the whole screen goes eradict with colors and patterns while the GUD is stil perfectly visible.
