Account issues
I had entered my 60-day game card correctly, and i got an e-mail confirming my 60 subscription. After i open the launcher and log in with my account it tells me that i have an account error even though it says i have a valid account for this game. Also, when i go to check to see my activated products, it says i have none activated, but meanwhile the e-mail confirms that i do. Can someone tell me how to fix this so i haven't wasted my money?

call billing assuming you did all three steps to activate
enter the retail key
selected a subscription option
enter payment method.

if you did all trhat and it did not work then billing will need to look at your account.
