Random Team PvP Vs Pre-built Team
I would like to see a PvP option for random players separate from pre-built teams. What I am seeing in PvP is groups that have preformed, are using voice, etc. The Random PvPers don't stand much chance against these preformed teams. I have witnessed on several occasions where the pre-built team will just camp the spawn points. 1 random player enters and boom, dead before he can fire a torpedo.
A purposed solution is to have an additional random arena where preformed teams are not allowed.
it wont change anything, people would only join the Ques by saying in vent, QUE NOW, and 3-5 players gets to same instance by que line number.
and when you have a fleet of 30, its 100% a fact that if they que same time, majority will be premade from the 30 (6 teams, like we will have)
Your only option is really to Fleet up (guild) and communicate with Friends (jobs in team 5 vs 5) (healer,CCer, pure dps) (and tactics)
When you have done that, its much easier to win even premades, at least when you get more experience in 5vs5 pvp.
There shouls be introduced 2vs2 PvP. 8 kills wins the map.
I was doing PvP in all PuGs earlier today and winning every match as a Fed in T3.
All it takes is teamwork and gettign folks to actually join the team in pvp. trouble is, many folks, especially on Fed side, set their LFG mode to "Do not accept invites" instead of Accept Invites, because many, incorrectly think that's the only setting that blocks the auto-teaming in some PvE missions.
In any case if someone takes the lead in the PuGs and can get the others to listen, you can be just as effective as those pre-made teams, even if they have voice chat. All it takes is paying attention to what's going on, and everyone targeting 1 friendly before the fight starts so when he/she targets and enemy, you all do to, automatically, as soon as you fire.
