Where is my free borg bridge officer?
 

Hi guys, can anyone tell me how I get my free borg bridge officer, the one I got for pre-ordering from amazon. I have inputted the relevant code and it now shows on my account as active but when I went to my in game assign crew section he is not there... do I need to look somewhere else and if so where please?

Check out the C-Store in-game (the little menu on your mini-map's down arrow, where you can choose to go to your Bridge, and select C-Store). Should be under the Special Unlocks tab.

you have to claim him from the c-store in the same menu you use to access the bridge

Just don't ever delete or discharge the officer or you have to delete your character to get a new one. Also she can't wear unlocked/custom uniforms, and Cryptic decided to falsely advertize the BBO gets traits. Welcome to the buggy unfinished mess that is STO.
