Shared cooldown on secondary fire.
 
Seriously, the weapons slots for ground combat really need to have a shared cooldown.
This is mainly PvP, but since it relates to combat period...

The problem is with noobs who run around with two sniper rifles in their pocket, that way being able to fire two sniper shots in a row.
It should obviously not be possible to do this, as it kind of negates the purpse of a lenghty cooldown for those special attacks in the first place.

I am fine with 2 sniper shots, I can live through that. A stun pistol with sniper/split rifle is another story.

If they do this, they need to lower exploit damage and raise regular/auto attack damage. In addition to fixing the shields regening WHILE in combat
