In missions where there are various targets that need to be reached/met, notably Facility 794-ON6 (Homri Cluster), there should be respawn points that aren't all the way at the beginning of the map. Its infuriating to wipe then doubly so having to run/walk/crawl back across the map which literally takes like an hour.

ok, maybe 3 minutes.

Also, just to throw this out, there should be a built in ability where people cling to walls during fights, ala Gears of War. I've almost never seen anyone in any trek movie or episode try NOT to find shelter and then try to pew pew them.

Again, just my two cents.

1. Generally, there are multiple respawn points. However, some missions (esp exploration ones) don't have them, or as many as they should. A little annoying, but I think there are bigger ground issues.

2. Yeah, I think a lot of people wish there was a more solid cover mechanic. It IS possible to obtain cover around corners and behind objects... but having a specific 'cover' toggle would make things more fun.

Shield generators...I set a rally point for the crew and then have my shield generator guy put up the generator...I run up, get the attention of the enemy, fire off a few shots, then run back to the group and the protection of the shield generator. It works fairly well - not 100%, but better than nothing.
