Klingons going AFK in PvP

more and more are doing this.

Does anyone know if anything is being done about it?

Not playing with 3 afk klingons kinda sucks we grind they zone in and get xp

People are all sorts of idiots, aren't they?

This is becoming more common.

Do you think they might be disconnecting?

As much as I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt I only get Server Disconnected when entering or exiting the pvp arenas, never on deaths. But who knows....

As far as defending against it, forced spawning really is the only way I can think of.

Happens in lots of games... Especially mmo's. They could change it to 5 min timers in pvp instances. I know I have to step away at times only because life > game. But I try to tell my group what's going on so they can adapt. Most of the times I have stepped away never kept me from the top of leaderboards in points.

Well it's no longer Beta so all kinds of people play Klingons now - expect your share of idlers as well. :/

I've begun to see certain people over and over doing this. At first I thought to myself hmm this guy always seems to be respawning each time I die. Then realize he never moved from the spot, and been there the whole time. And I see the same guy doing it for days.

Sort of makes you want to be able to boot him to the Feddies if he has that much dishonor.

I know that I've had a number of situations on zoning to PvP that I get 'server not responding', trying to login my character gets stuck with 'server not responding' (and recently a message about 'cannot login as server told to die' or something).

On one occasion, I did manage to log back in - and found my ship in the PvP instance that I'd attempted to join... which was rather surprising to me.

tldr; Yes.

I can get "server not responding" anytime, anywhere. At times its like couple times a mission. Ive not tried pvp.
