Skills - Tactics

Just wondering if anyone else noticed that when you max out the skill tactics you should be able to train officers in Fire on my Mark III (or at least that is what it says) yet instead you gain the ability to train Fire on my Mark II. Did a little search and didn't see anything, just curious which part is wrong. As in should I be able to train Fire on my Mark III or is it just mistaken in the description and is correct in the training ability. Thanks.

All of the captain skills that unlock training should unlock a III version, so bugged.

You can only train Rank III in skills that "belong" to your Profession. That means that in order to train Fire On My Mark III ... a Tactical BOff skill ... you must be a Tactical Profession captain.

Would really help if Cryptic coded the Train Rank III notes in the captain skills listings to only show those which pertain to your captain's Profession. Thus, Engineering captains would only see the Engineering Rank III training opportunities ... Science captains would only see the Science Rank III training opportunities ... and so on for Tactical. Would reduce player confusion *so* much ... :(

Very yes. This confused me very much. Since there's so much diminishing returns I wouldn't have put all 9 points in something that to top off got very minimal upgrade :( This kinda makes me sad.
