Missing Officers from Vendors
 

I've noticed recently there is a lack of certain kinds of common officers. Science Team 1 and officers with Tactical Team 1 are missing from the vendors. Each vendor has the exact same pool of officers. I know it wasn't like this before the last patch or the patch prior as I have purchased a few. I admit I haven't been paying attention to the officer requisition system as much as I have lately but it does seem like something is missing. I didn't think each vendor has the exact same officers either. Was something broken in last patch that is effecting the officer pool and or certain skills associated with said officer?
