as a fleet leader, i like the message of the day. its a nice thing to have a message that tells the unit what the plan for the day is.

but there is a problem with it: its not really the message fo the day. its the message of every time you zone. one would think that with a message of the day, you would get a message... 1 time per day, not every time you enter a mission or dock at a starbase, or warp to sector space.

this needs to be fixed. the message of the day needs to become a message you see 1 time per day... or it needs to be changed to the title "message of the you just zoned"

Yes. Very annoying. Ended up having to leave a fleet after they refused to remove the 2 inch long msg that spammed (and it is spam in my books) none stop..

Agreed, and my fleet has a huge paragraph that spams my screen during each load. Very annoying. Even if there were a way to turn it off after you login, that would be an improvement.

We ended up having the leader of our fleet remove it. It just got to be too much.

thats what i did but i didnt want to: i would like to use the tool, but i am not goign to be ****ing off the membership
