Chaining feeback pulse
 
I was in a match against a klingon carrier and he popped feedback pulse. No worries I thought id go for this fighters until it went away. As soon as it was gone i was back on the carrier and low and behold he popped it again. sO I went back on the fighters and when it was gone i tried 1 more time and guess what.... HE POPPED IT AGAIN! REALLY!!! I dont mind having this skill as it is a useful strategy but being able to have this on constantly is wrong. Cryptic please add a longer cooldown timer on this skill.

so someone carries more than 1 FBP, hm. Sounds alot like people carrying multiple RSP and chaining them.

The difference is, RPS can be disabled, and its same agains anyone. FBP cant be avoided if the fire sequence started, and works only on beams. But i understand, you wont admit that =) Especialy when it can do 40k dmg "for free" bypassing shields.

Its the same like having 7 x RSP with BoP, but ive never seen it or heard about it.

Ive seen max 3 RSPs used by Fed cruiser(or hell i know if it was a cruiser all the big soucer ships look the same :D ). Thats about it. ( i have 4 RSPs with my BoP but its a joke build )

Hate to say it but the one FBP3 i carry can do that 40k dmg you speak of by itself. If someone is FBP spamming, shut them down so you can get a chance to hit. Recycle time on FBP is 45 at max, after an FBP runs out there is a 5second window to VM, subnuc or to use another type of abilitiy disable before they reactivate the next rank of FBP. Another thing to do is take away their power systems.......disable aux, tykens and such. FBP under 50 aux is a joke in dmg (even 50 is laughable).

If i use 4 beams, its 16 hits, the dmg of III varies from 2,2-3k dmg, so lets say 2,5k per hit, thats 40k dmg to hull. Escort has 34k hps max. Go figure. I dont even have chance to either stop firing, or change tactic. It just keeps comming. At least not many people use the version III, but i swear in one match i died 4x to it.

Frankly you should only be able to have one active version of ANY skill. My sci ship chains jam sensors. Makes PvE laughably easy. 1v1 fights in PvP too, of course. They can never target me! Cryptic thought that wouldn't be an issue? Really?

Jam sensors = sci team, your still dead.
