Bad graphics - Tweaking the settings

Hi all,

my STO is suffering from seriously bad graphics, and I was wondering if there is a way to change this. I cranked up all the settings in the options menu, but it does not help. Oh, and yes, I have the new drivers installed although STO is complaining. I even installed the beta drivers, which did not help either. Here is a link to the horrible screenshot.

Thanks for the help,

May sound like a simple suggestion but there the last ones anyone thinks of :)

Have you got half res graphics turned off in your video options?

On the video options tab above the slider for Speed --- Recomended the option for 1/2 Resolution is there, if it is ticked for "on" then change it to "off"

Well thanks for the help. I found my self with that problem and it was making me think that I needed a video card and now when I am looking at the game everything is looking quite nice and crisp.

Thanks for that bit of info and may the stars bless thee.
