Get rid of monthly driver date nag-box.

I run STO on a laptop, the drivers are as up to date as they're gonna get. Every time I launch, there's always this little message on the bottom left saying my drivers are old, and every month I get that little box asking me to run in lowered settings or revert back to default. How bout if it works, you let me worry about it, and not reset my video settings every 30 days. I run the game with no problems, and I would appreciate if the launcher would just stop nagging me about something that doesn't matter and I have no control over. Most hardware companies don't release new drivers every year, and there's no reasonable expectation to have them update it every year just so the date on the file is newer. -_-

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.

Same here

I'm having the same problem on my laptop. I have a Nvidia 8600 M GT and my drivers are as up to date as possible and yet it still insists on telling me this. However, it only started after they installed the February 19th patch...

Yeah my system has a NVidia 8600M GT as well. I have a Dell XPS M1530 laptop. The driver on the Dell website is from 2006, I believe. I went to NVidia's website, they had me download an updated BIOS as well from Dell. So I updated the BIOS and then I installed the new driver from NVidia, which is sometime in 2008 I beileve.
