Away Team Members falling through Ground
 

This has happened to me on several missions, NPCs do it too, only they can attack you from underground. You cannot attack back. Most recently occured on Planet Epsilon Lyrae Beta 163-0 Investigation.

Also anomolous reading nodes seem to be under the terrain as well.
