That could well be the worst-written review I've ever read.

It reads like a writing assignment for a fourth grade English class into which the student put little to no effort.

I am about to call a spade a spade. You, Sir are a troll.

You don't even give any reasons other than a petty insult as to why you don't like the review. So your opinion matters very little.

Not the worst written but bad even by net only review standards. Lacks specific examples in alot of areas. I got the feeling the reviewer didn't even finish the whole instance or rushed through it the stamp out a boring and uninspired review. Zzzzzz. Why was this posted in 10 forward in the first place? Laughed out of the "Serious threads"?

I wonder if this fellow sees the subtle irony in his comment.

How about the fact that the sentence structure and complexity is one step above "See Spot Run"?

No, Trolls can't see past their own bridge and only circle back long enough to see if somebody responded to their reply directly. Now that you have, I highly doubt it will be long before it returns to spew some more hate.

Yes, but as I said, seen worse still and it's a far cry worse than anything that is in like Game Informer where you are charged a sub for the magazine. Net reviews always seem to be hit and miss as far as their writing ability since they are free and outrage over the material results in higher site hit counts.

Capulet, you have given a specific example without being terribly insulting. The people that do net reviews are not professional writers and the comparison is a bit unfair to those that take their free time to write articles. The authors that write those stories in Game Informer have been perfecting their writing for years.

No need for a flame war to start. I am the original author and I wrote it with the intention of being readable by children and adults alike. Children don't understand all the big words that could go into a well written article. The reader may not be highly educated so the simple structure works best. An assumption was also made about the target audience and the level the article was written. I wanted it easy to read. (See Spot Run.)

For my first attempt at writing a review it’s not bad, but I can agree it’s not great. I would have preferred more time to research all of the material to cover but I had to pick and choose my talking points. Maybe the next time I can do a bit better at being able to write a review but that is not for anyone to decide except the OPG staff.

If you don't like the way I write then when you see my name on a review or article just don't read it and you won't bother me in the least. If the news is posted on STO forums I would rather have a constructive opinion than a flat out insult.

I have said my peace and thats all I am worried about.

Capulet, if I ever write a really bad review, please tell me, and don't sugarcoat it.

Thank you.
