C-Store Bug! Can't claim my Tactical Escort Retrofit!
 

I discharged my Tactical Escort Retrofit (Defiant). A few minutes later I tried to claim it again, but it wasn't available. C-Store wants me to buy it for 1200 points again. Anyone else experienced this bug?

I've already written a ticket, but still only got that automated response. Do they answer this kind of tickets eventually or do I have to write an email or something?

You tried to claim it from the unlocks tab ?

I tried to claim it from the C-Store. Before I discharged it, it said "Already Own", because it was in my ships inventory. After I discharged it, I couldn't claim it again. The claim button is gone. Instead I got the "Buy: 1200 CP" button.

I have no problems with my purchased C-Store Enterprise. i discharged it several times. No problems there. I can claim it anytime.

What i meant was that you claim stuff you already bought from the Special Unlocks Tab in the c-store. :)

This same thing happened to me. I put a ticket in and it's been waiting to be resolved for a few days now. I just bought ALL the refits on the C-Store. For 3600 CP I'd better damn well be able to retrieve them whenever I want just like I can do with the Galaxy-X and the Excelsior...

I hope one of the refits you mentioned is the Excelsior, otherwise you´ve wasted 1200 CP. ;)

And why someone would want all refits on all chars is beyond me anyways. :D

Still no reply! This is really frustrating. I paid for it, but can't use it. :(

I just need to be sure here: We are talking that you discharged a defiant that you had bought from the C-Store once right?

If the first: Submit bugreport... GM help... anything... Billing support.

If the latter is the case, then of cause you have to buy it from the C-Store, as you have not yet payed for the C-Store one...

you need to file a gm request. bug reports get filed for developers to look at, they don't get looked at by CSRs.

Yes, of course! Since when do you get a Tactical Escort Retrofit when promoted? That would be bad for the C-Store biz. :)
