New ground Skills?
personally i wouldn't mind seeing some new skill sets added that increase your effectiveness with ground weapons, similar to the Starship energy weapons skill set.
Players would be able to Train up in "pistols", rifles, and assult weapons and from there go into the standard phaser-Disruptor-plasma-tetryon-polaron-antiproton.
while it's kiinda late in the game to be adding new skills like that, it might help make ground combat better.
my main was created right after the open Beta and at that time ground combat wasn't all that emphasized, so no ground traits were taken, i feel this might really help offset the lack of ground traits.
yes i am aware that this would cause players to further stretch their skill points out over a wider area yeilding fewer maxed skills, maybe there is a solution to this as well?
