Potential problem with C-Store outfit slots?
 

I purchased some extra costume slots when they were per character.

Now I notice they're per account.

Is this going to be problematic when I buy them for future characters and it adds extra slots on top of the per character slots I already possess?

Or will the game look at my existing characters, say I have X amount of costume slots and apply that to my new characters?

The latter.
