Outgoing Customer Service Emails Fixed
We have identified an issue where some customers were not receiving replies from Customer Service requests. We have resolved the issue and ask that if you havenít received a reply to please re-submit your request. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

*Note: If you've submitted a contest entry already, we have received it and don't need you to re-submit.

I'm overly paranoid and fear that my contest entry wasn't received. How can I get confirmation if I don't get an email response? I'm scared, paranoid and overall annoying!

I know that this is slightly off-topic, but I, too am always slightly curious as to whether my contest entries were submitted or not, and I would love it if there could be some kind of confirmation or something similar contests or perhaps having a submission form on the website instead of through e-mail, where there are so many things that could go wrong while sending. It's not a huge deal, but perhaps something to consider for future contests.
