Idea/thought: Open PvP FvK missions
 

was reading some threads about ker'rat and was thinking to make the missions more interesting and allow open pvp have missions like patrols, fleet actions include open pvp instances of the maps for those that want it.
would allow klinks another reason ontop of the raids to enter federation space and feds in klink space for specifc pvpve missions aswell.
