Scheduled Maintenance (November 16, 2010)
 

Greetings Captains!

We will be bringing down Star Trek Online on Wednesday, November 17th from 3:00 AM PDT to 6:00 AM PDT (10:00 AM UTC to 1:00 PM UTC) in order to perform maintenance and apply a new patch. We will update this thread once the maintenance has been completed.

To all those who have not checked it out, I definately recommend signing into tribble and having a look see at some of the new stuff coming down the pipeline for Dec.

Missions

Night of the Comet
If a player fails the mission, he or she may leave the mission area for 30 minutes before re-entering in order to try again.
If the mission is failed two times or more by the same player, there will be an alternate method to proceed.
If the player's ship is destroyed in the final fight, the enemies return to the closest comet chunks instead of hanging around.

Skills and Abilities
Klingon characters that did not have their skills updated to accommodate the new Klingon ships in the last update are now updated.

A rather long downtime for a rather small patch. ^^ Anyway, I think it's mainly meowntenance based, not patch based.

So is this both Tribble and Holodeck that is going down?

And Champions Online's servers apparently...

I am new getting lt commander today was looking forward to checking out a tier 2 ship :)
