Where are the Rear Admiral Upper Half missions?

I am nearing Vice Admiral on my second captain now. I had thought my second trip to Vice Admiral would be different than first but it is not. Yet again I have run out of missions at Rear Admiral Upper Half 3. I figured I made a mistake the first time but apparently either I am making the same mistake or there are no upper level missions. I ground B'Tran Cluster to get to 4. At 4, no new missions either. Thus, I am left to grind B'Tran Cluster, Defends, or Dailies to continue.

Where did all the storyline missions go? Occasionally I have had to do a Cluster or Defend to make another level but I assumed that at the higher levels there would be more. Last mission I got from a contact was a RA Upper Half 3. Is there a contact I am missing or something?

The game is designed around the idea that you will so several exploration series at RA, as well as some DSE patrol missions. At RA3 you are given missions to go to Gamma Orionis. There you do B'tran exploration and there are a series of RA5 Borg and Undine missions. There's also the 4 STF series of missions. Doing those, along with the B'tran will take you to VA, but most of those last 5 levels will be gotten in B'tran, grinding for Marks, and then eventually Emblems, to get purple gear.

yeah, aside from weekly missions, there are no new episode missions past RAUH

Basically, they added six more levels, without adding six more levels of missions.

Especially if you outleveled and skipped some of the episode missions by doing the weeklies instead of saving them for the end, it's grind grind grind (not a long grind by any stretch of the imagination, but extremely nonvaried) to the end.
