How do you control NPC Contacts?
 
How do I set their actions, and such? Can I make one follow the player and fight, like LT Paris in that one mission? Can I make one turn hostile?

This is not yet possible. One of our (and 'my' in particular) future goals is to vastly increase the options you have to control the Behaviors of your NPCs - enemies, friendlies, and contacts.

This wil help with making missions more diverse a whole lot more interesting.

Yeah cause it's really lame to make a group of Cardassians fight while wearing starfleet skins in my Fed v Fed mission only to see the Cardie faction logo in their info and to have to go back and edit each costume and name to match the appropriate mob (Lt. Capt. etc) in the missions...

Seriously, lemme select NPC Group and Enemy/Friendly?Neutral and just have that actually work. As it stands I don't have that choice for same faction missions like Fed v Fed

how about for a single npc? i don't mind skinning a group if that what i gotta do. but i can't make an enemy boss?

Hooray! Will this apply to single NPCs as well as groups? A don't envisage writing a great many missions which require big groups of NPCs. At least not to begin with.

Edit: Duh, I guess so since you said "contacts" as well

This, and branching dialogue, are vital to the success of the Foundry.
