Soo i just hit RA1
 

and i cant access any of the borg missions yet can anybody help mee with this ive already beed promoted and have a new ship but i still cant do any of the missions

You only gain access to the Borg missions when reach RA3 I'm afraid.

If on Fed side, you will get a mission from Admiral Quinn once you hit RA 3 that allows you to enter the space.
