These items are actively being worked on by the at this time by the development team. I'll give them this one. Even if I'm one of those that just go play CS:S or CoD if i wanted ground pvp, I realize some folks here like ground pvp so this is a good thing for them. Kudos for adding something to pvp cryptic!

Best addition would be man-skirts. I think that could be counted as a nerf to costumes.
The engi report is bogus. Why you ask? So much to do, but they left out one *important* thing which will ultimately screw this up.
