Ship Command Skills

So I've got my second Admiral, and as I allocate skill points, I'm left to wonder if I should bother putting any points into T5 ship skills. Does anybody know the percentages the skills add to your ship? I don't wanna waste any respec tokens.

While I don't know the actual percentage increase to be gained, spending points in the correct ship skills will boost your ship's hull and manoeuvrability (and possibly shields?), so is usually worthwhile.

I'd suggest copying your character over to Tribble and try spending the points in the relevant sections on there and note the results as you can delete and re-copy your character as much as you like - no need to use re-spec tokens that way.

Keep in mind that Tribble now has the Season 4 build and there are some subtle changes all around. For this particular character tweak regenerative shields have more and covariant shields have less capacity than on Holodeck.
