Can't select Badge of Temba on my Klingon Captain O_o
 

For some reason, the Badge of Temba doesn't appear in the Badges dropdown menu for my Klingon captain, though I can select it for all of my Bridge Officers.

I used to be able to select it just fine, but at some point in the recent past I stopped being able to select it.

Any idea what's going on?
