So basiclly decided to come back to sto after some time away, so i decided to reroll and get back into the game from the start problem is im now regretting deleting my main who was a captain to do the reroll. Is there anyway to get characters back after deleting them ive raised a ticket 5 days ago but still no reply.

No, once deleted they are gone. Cryptic might, and it's a very slight might, be able to help you but you need to wait for them to get to your ticket, which could take weeks. And even then it might not be in their backup.

I'm 100% sure they have the data stored and the ability to back it up. That being said, you can send a ticket or talk to support some other way and they /may/ help you. It's not in the S.O.P to restore deleted accounts but they have the ability to do so if they want...it's just they probably won't lol..

I do remember seeing that in the case of accidental deletions, they tell you not to make new characters that might overwrite data. So the fact that he made a new one isn't good news for him.:(
