Transparent Planets
 
While in the Dace system I was on the far "dark" side of the planet and I could see the sun right through the planet.This is the first time I have noticed this, I'll modify the report if I find any more like this. ticket# 1,183,184

Yea.... it's one of them glass planets... Not a bug...

Its a planet out of pure glass xD

Gas giants don't tend to have land features like craters and continents. :D

have seen this too, one or two times... never seen it again, probably directly related to a few rare System Maps.

Huh, that usually happens to me when I'm farther away from planets at lower graphics settings, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

I've seen this a few times on explore missions. I thought it was just my lame graphics card not rendering the planet correctly.
