Cant spec ltCom skills
 

hi there i just reached LtCom rank but i cant spec any skills in there ( like Cruiser, photon torpedoes etc.)

i have more than 700 points to spec and wont use em on ltd skills.

any idea?

did you spend at least 6700 points in Lt skills?
