tactical officer question

I was wondering as a tactical officer can you have a commander that has both scatter fire III and attack pattern omega III?

Nope... that would require 2 Commander Tac BO slots... wich none of the ships currently have.

Thanks. :)

Thanks. My knowledge of the game mechanics are a bit rusty. :)

Now I if could only get some one to take a stab at my previous query about in game voice chat :D

ďI was wondering if anyone who could do a STO voice chat 101 for the benefit of all?

I very much like using my team speak when I am playing with fellow my fleet members. However, I find it difficult to communicate effectively with non fleet members especially in enemy encounters via text. Itís a bit tough to type when you are trying to fight or defend some one. Itís a good make a new friends along the way. Itís also a great way of doing a bit of role playing and role playing makes the grinding go a lot faster.

I am grinding for accolades and if I can help out someone in the process so much the better. But in order to do that I need to be able to communicate voice to voice or my voice to someoneís key board texting.

Thanks in advance for your help.Ē

I don't use the in-game voice chat much. But here is what i know

1) You have to be teamed up with the person.
2) You have to have voice chat enabled. Some people have it turned off, so if they do, they will not be able to hear you.
3) Press 'N' to talk. When someone else is talking, their avatar has a purple ring around it.
4) Hover your mouse over their avatar to adjust their volume.
