Need BoP experts

So i've had my Klingon Lt. General for over a year now but i've always flown my GURAMBA SEIGE DESTROYER. I have both the Hegh'ta and B'rel on Stand by but right now there just toys to me. Something to fly around when i get bored of transforming and using my Death Star gun.

Other than enhanced battle cloak and slight hull HP whats the main difference between the 2 and which is better over all?

Can you help me set up a good BoP build?

Sent you a ingame mail with an idea, though it may not suit your needs.

traditionally the BoP has a tactical commander, science LtC with the remaining LT spots being filled with an Engineer and more tactical BOffs.

The versatility of the BoP means it can be built to fill many roles in PvP.

Unfortunately I can't send the rest until I get home. But the consoles tend to be fairly standard purples.

(1) shield generator
(1) nuetronium armor
(1) open

Science: fairly open as they have changed and use what ever augments the abilities like TSS, HE or PO

Tactical (3) energy supportive consoles depending on the energy type you use.
