The Path to 2409, and beyond

Any ideas when we will get to read the log entry for the year 2409, and beyond? I am curious to see what is happening in the federation. :) I sure hope they don't kill Data a second time

The funny thing is that it has been YEARS in-game wise. Just look at the stardate haha.

So what, are you saying that CBS is not longer going to write the history for StarTrek, and left it up to STO to decide the fate of the Galazy?

It has? Where in the game does it show the stardate, and how do you translate that to a date that I can understand? lol.

The stardate is displayed in your logs. The dates tick up 1000 units per year, so it's very easy to work out a year based on the stardates. With a little more math you can even work out the month, day and time that the date represents down to the minute. The stardates used in STO take the current date and add 399 years as a base date for the stardate calculation.
Of course I heard from a dev that even though the stardates are in 2411, the storyline is still in 2409 for simplicity's sake.

@TS, I don't think STO will be held as canon, though it is a pleasant distraction between movies.
