incorrect # of days subscribed displayed on acct.
I have been a paying subscriber for well over 300 days now, I even have screen shots of the firework emote, as well as a screen shot showing the incorrect # of days displayed on my account dash board, which I didnt display here of course. Basically I had decided to cancel my subcription and then changed my mind and reinstated it, and it was only during this time that this issue has occurred and so I guess what I am asking is am I going to lose 40 days of vet time because of this or will it actually show the correct # of days subbed for my acct after the payment is taken and the account is back up. Btw I did submit a ticket on this issue back when I first noticed it and never got any kind of response. Ticket #1,259,804. I also asked a billing specialist online and they didnt seem to have an answer.
