Help with buying ZEN
 
Never have i seen such confusing system for buying anything

buy ZEN ...O.K

ummm

Charge ZEN now !!!!!

select from following options

mine is not there but is listed under Which Payment Option is Right for Me

so how to buy using UKash voucher that is listed under Which Payment Option is Right for Me but not under actual payment section ?

Any help from UK users that have bought something with UKash please

would have paid by CC if UKash wasn't listed there as option

so what to do now ?

I'm looking at the payment screen now. It's the last option under Prepaid Cards and Vouchers. It's not showing up for you at all?

Nope

i only see 4 options there

1.Paysafe Card

2. Playspan

3. UGC

4. PWE card

nothing more

doesn't help that my location shows up as Europe

it shows as i said under Which Payment Option is Right for Me but nowhere else

Strange indeed. Have you tried perchance clearing your browser cache or logging out of the website entirely and logging back in?

If all else fails, you may have to use a different method of payment. Or, you can contact PWE support directly and see what may be causing Ukash to not show up.

Did all that still same

as for other payment i won't bother,bought 40 quid ukash just now to throw it away due to PWE setting my location to Europe and i can't change it ,nor can i change anything there

if they made it easy they could have had another paying customer

like this it just puts you off

this PWE is all about confusing customers
