email problem DEFs Read !!!!

I have problem with my email. Sand ticket but no one have replied
I need u help ASP.
Wonted to by some Credits but i need activation code but for some reason my email is staded (
end it shuld be ( so that code have been send to wrong email.
I tried to change my email but it wont change. all ways going back to original email
I tried to change my pass end same thing ... cant change
Pls respond
my ticket is 120203-000124

I dont thing change pass end email works

So how long have to wight till some DEFS disade to reply ?

Seriously This is starting to get annoying. Simple email change takes 5 days 3 tickets end what els ?

You will not EVER get a response to a ticket from the forums, ESPECIALLY from PWE (And yes, I recognize that as a PWE ticket number). You'll have to double check your spam/junk email folders (the ticket response will be sent to the registered email address on the account), and if that is not working for you, email customer service directly at the following address:

Tickets sent via the PWE support system are generally responded to in 1-3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
