HEY GMS!!!!!

I'm stuck, my ship is trapped in Geo and I can't get any of you people to respond. The billing chat suggested I "Make a New Character".

SRSLY!??????


That's your company response to customer service?

"Sorry your being screwed out of being able to play the character you've been working on, go make a new toon'

Wow! the customer service here is TOP SHELF! I mean it REALLY. I have never been treated to well in a game I actually PAY FOR!

Does Star Trek online have SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Many players that actually PAY For this game to **** soo many of them off?

FIX MY DANG CHARACTER!!!!!!

Trapped in Geo? What does that mean? Also have you tried Transwarping out?

Yeah I thought of that too, but i'm stuck in combat with a ship outside of geo, oh, geo means the geography. My ship is stuck in a wall.

Thanks for the advice though.

back up or try /stuck, or just log out for 10 mins or so and let the mission reset

^This. I've used /stuck command a couple times since ive started paying, and boy is it helpful. I had the habit of flying into asteroids during battles and getting stuck. The command always got me out.
