When you say it does "nothing" do you get a DNS error message or anything at all? Surely there's something happening here that keeps you from logging in. Are you able to check your account information by logging into the forums/C-Store, etc., from a totally different computer, preferably from one not behind your current setup so we can eliminate a possible routing/NAT issue? If you can, then you'll know it's your computer and not the account.

I can log fine from second pc so i know its localised to IE 9 and the win 7 pc - but just what i cant work out ???

The screen really does nothing - no loading - no information along bottom of window as if attempting to open etc

Simply does nothing - :(

I had similar thing on swtor about year before launch and added to trusted site seemed to fix it...

But for now on my main PC - i cant log in to c store or forum account or any where for STO it seems....

Really annoying :(

What about firewalls? Do you have one, is it not disabled? You should be able to disable your firewall by right-clicking the icon near the clock and selecting disable or turn off or something like that so you can test your connection. If you do, and you can log in, there's a firewall permission issue going on here. If you can't, then back to the drawing board but at least you know it's this particular system and not your network.

Def not FW issue as tried turning off and on

Its something to do with ie 9 (tried 32 and 64 bit versions)

It just wont log in to STO

i chnaged few settings today rebooted.. and it now works in compatability view mode - not pretty but works so i will live with it till ie 10 i guess

Hate ie 9 but dont want use multiple browsers to access different secure sites etc

So... why exactly are you using IE instead of FF or Opera, or Chrome?
