Going rates for a Galor class?
 

So the Galor class was one of my favorite ST ships, so I am really going to try hard to get one, but being unemployed currently, Cpoints are an highly unnecessary expenditure. So does anyone know about how much EC I would have to save up for one? 500 million or more? Thanks!

It's not something you can purchase from others or in the store. You can only purchase keys and loot/purchase boxes for the chance to find one.

So you'd be looking at the boxes as random drops, ~30-100k EC in the store, or 200 Dilithium, and the keys seem to be going for over a million EC currently, if you don't spend your real money.

Remember the Jem'Hadar fighters. They were selling for 250 mil at the LOWEST. Now it's at about 300-600 mil.

Which is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Expect the Galors to cost that much if they can be put on the open market at all.

Well Calculating how much I can make in EC an hour or so, I think I may as well give up on a Galor right now hehe, thanks though!

Well I started Stockpiling EC ever since I saw the bug ship on the Exchange, and im about 10% of the way there. So If the Galors go for around there I should have enough to get one in around 2 years i suppose :cool:

Thats about what I figured I think! If I just grind away I think I can get 100-200k an hour or so...so a million every 5-10 hours....Just to the point where I would be so tired of the game that I wouldnt want to play after getting it!

How much do the boxes go for?

I would like to sell the box I picked up in a STF.

I guess if you don't open the Galor box to take the ship you can trade that first.
 

To the OP: It seems I had mis-interpreted the notes about getting the Galor ship. As suggested in this thread, you should be able to save up to purchase the Galor off the Exchange if someone is selling one.

Galors sell like wildfire on the exchange atm, but yes the box is sellable. Its not bound.

TBH It seems morel ike eye candy, though those beams are nasty. Like combining a phaser and disruptor beam and giving it [DMG]x2. They also scale with the player
