plasmonic leach console

A couple critical questions about it before I go out and get one.

1. Is it affected by Starship Flow Capacitors?
2. Max effect?
3. Uptime?

I have been intensely curious about this. Do you know if it stacks, and if so to a certain number? Any feeling on how fast the stacks, um, stack?

Where do you find such a console?

Yes

Power levels can increase by about 10 on all levels, it's great.

Use energy syphon and poloron to really make people wonder where their power is going in PvP.

On a carrier you can use syphon drones, that will have them using every power ability then suddenly they will just die out while your power levels are all over 90.

If your an engineer, you can then activate EPS power transfer and sustain your power levels.

I build ships to focus on specific things and my Bortas is all about energy drain but not decided if a carrier is better. Suppose it depends if you want to maintain high dps and tanking which Bortas does.

I plan to put my full builds on my fleet site later.

Though the bonus power is still being applied to the user, as far as teh Devs said, even thought he target may not see the effects.

Which, in my opinion, is the much more important effect anyway. Sure, a little power drain on the enemy is nice, but getting a healthy running boost to all power levels so long as you're firing on someone is awesome.

With the +25 from Doff mission, 3x +26 consoles, +24 deflector, max flow SP investment, and astrometrics +10, w/a brel using 6 energy weapons my aux went from (25)48->(25)75. That's +27. The listed gain per weapon was +3.3. There are other things to take into account such as efficient traits etc, but it's a huge gain if you spec/equip into it. But, you don't have +35% shields nor a set deflector so you lose a set bonus. It does have synergy w/Tet Glider, and Polaron/Tet weapons.
