Please fix it
 

I m having a lot of trouble with this game today I was playng in PVE and I get a video loop that wont stop , sometimes also Im out of range attack and out of not where my chip blow other time is up and down on my skills meaning in the same game normal or elite I do not have same abilities . Sometimes I can shoot and destroy with 2 or 3 phaser shoot other times in the same game I can even slow it down and this is not counting the supposed set of weapons and consoles they do not do what are suppose to do I do not see not different s
