New Cursor options/problems
 

For some reason, ever since the new cusrsor options, my cursor has had a tail, my normal cursor looks like I'm always hovering over something targetable, and there's another sub-cursor that follows underneath that's either the old cursor or the new larger one.

What gives? I was fine with the old cursor, why is there now two simultaneously on my screen??
