When Is the Kerrat War Zone Mission available?
 

As the title suggests IM wondering when The War Zone mission Kerrat is available to players. Im currently a Commander Level 24 and still dont have access to it. Do I need to be a higher level or what? Ive talked to Wildman, Mackenzie and Makza on K7 and none of them offer the mission to me. I do know Makza is supposed to give me the mission.
