Weapon proc question
 

my question is this, do weapon procs scale with ship weapon power lvl ? for instance, would a proc do less dmg at 50 power than at 125 power?

or is it independant of power lvl and counted on its own/specced skill only (by specced skill i mean like flow capacitor for tetryon , etc)
